What can an AI agent do for us?

How is an AI agent different from a basic bot?
A basic bot usually follows fixed commands and rules. An AI agent can understand natural-language requests, work out the steps, use your knowledge and tools, and adapt within the permissions you give it. We build both — and we'll tell you when a simpler bot is the better answer.
Can it use our documents and existing tools?
Yes. We can connect documents, databases, email, calendars, CRMs, support inboxes, internal systems, and public or private APIs. Access is scoped to the job, and you decide what the agent can read or change.
How do you keep it accurate and under control?

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

Who owns the code, prompts and data?
